How did Sick for Cute get started?
Sick for cute started out as Kid Pirate which was expanded into what you see today to create a platform
for not only Kid Pirate products, but also other unique products made by other artists.

Do you wholesale your products?
We currently don't wholesale the products offered on our site.

The item I want is out of stock, can you help?
Since many of our products are handmade it can at times take awhile for us to restock
an out of stock item. If you are curious about a particular product please contact us and we
will let you know when we expect to have it in stock again. We currently do not allow backorders.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do I have to register as a customer before ordering?
No, you can place your order without registering.

Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax is not charged even for California residents. We pay the tax for California residents,
consider it a gift to our fellow Californians.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You cannot change or cancel your order on our website. If you would like to make a change
or cancel your order entirely please contact us.

Please make sure you entered in your payment infomration correctly. If your information was refused
you should've received an error message that stated the reason for the refusal. If you have any

How long does it take?
Domestic orders typically take between 2-7 days depending how far you are from our warehouse
(currently in Southern California). International orders typically take between 7-10 days.

What delivery service do you use?
Currently we ship all our packages with USPS (United states postal service).

If I live outside the US do I have to pay custom fees?
Orders not shipped within the US may incur duty fees. Note, that any fees incurred are your responsiblity.
Every country has different policies regarding duties that must be paid,
but typically orders under $25-30 do not incur any fees. Please check with your local government for further
details.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?
Yes, except when there has been a mistake on our part.

Where are your size charts?
You can find the relevant size chart on the individual product pages.

Will my t-shirt shrink?
Our t-shirts are preshrunk, but since most are 100% cotton there is the possiblity of some shrinking
if dryed at high heat.

How are they printed?
Our t-shirts are professional screen-printed with plastisol inks. They are not transfers!
|
Can I Iron my screen-printed shirts?
Screen-printed shirts should never be ironed. Ironing a screen-printed shirt can result in the image
being smeared by the iron (the inks react to high heat). They can be washed/dryed hot or cold though.
