All goods must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items from our clearance section are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Customer pays for return shipping and handling and all items must be returned through the United States Postal Service.

After we receive the original item back we will pay for return shipping on all domestic exchanges, international exchanges must pay return shipping fees for all exchanges. Please be sure to note the item(s) you are exchanging on the Return Form. If the new item you are requesting is no longer in stock when we receive your return you will be issued a refund instead.

PLEASTE NOTE!

Any refund you receive will be offset with any promotions you used, in the case of our free shipping offer there will be a 10% restocking fee that is deducted from your refund.

To return or exchange an item(s) please follow these steps:

1. Please download and print the Return Form and fill out all related information.
2. Package up your items and include the Return Form inside the package. Use your cutout label and affix to the outside of the package with clear tape, all returns must be shipped to:

3. For domestic orders please ship your package at your local United States Post Office, international orders should use their local post offices as well.
